Bonnie Schneider, a weather expert, is featured on CNN and HLN's numerous platforms. In addition, she is the co-executive and on-camera producer for the DIY NETWORK TV special called"LAST HOUSE RUNNING" which debuted on in March of 2012. Her first novel to be published was EXTREME WATER by Palgrave Macmillan. It was released on January 31st, 2012 by Palgrave Macmillan. Her website promoting her multi-city book tour beginning Feburary 1, 2012 in Boston, media appearances and video chat is BonnieWeather.com [[1]] In August, 2011 during coverage of Hurricane Irene, Schneider's book was featured on HLN's popular prime time show, Special Report with Vinnie Politan Prior her work on CNN that began in the summer of 2005, Schneider has also been the Weekend Meteorologist/Special Assignment Reporter for "The Ten O'Clock News" on WLVI-TV WB56 in Boston. In Boston, Schneider was a three-day a-week reporter on special assignments who reported on the entertainment industry and lifestyle. The previous job she held was weather forecaster for weekends at WFOR-TV, Miami. There were a variety of meteorology, report, and TV positions. These include: News 12 Long Island - the 24 hour news channel on cable TV network - as well as WXII-TV - an NBC affiliate based in Winston-Salem. The other position she worked in was occasionally a substitute for The Saturday Early Show in New York City for CBS.
